FAQs
- Returns - We accept returns as long as the item is returned within 15 days to Brooklyn Jayne, P.O. Box 1515 San Marcos, TX 78667. Your return item must be in same condition as received and in the original packaging. If we receive an item that has been washed, damaged, or worn (ex. makeup and/or deodorant stains) we will not refund your money, you will be contacted to come pick up the item if you choose.
- Exchanges - If you receive your item and it doesn't fit the way you want, we will be more than happy to exchange for a different size as long as item has not been damaged, washed or worn. If the size requested is no longer available, we will give you in store credit unless a full return is requested and approved by Brooklyn Jayne.
- Shipping - We offer a flat shipping & handling fee of $8.00 on all orders. We will ship international, however shipping fees will apply.
- Expedited Shipping - If you would like to expedite your shipping you may do so by electing a different shipping method at checkout. By choosing this option, expedited shipping charges will occur.
- Sizing - We know it can be a little scary ordering online, but we are here for you! Yes, we carry different brands which sometimes leads to sizing differences. We try our hardest to help guide you in the right direction for sizing in our product descriptions. However, if you are still unsure please do not hesitate to contact us at 830-370-6374. - Shipping Process - Items will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
