Return Policy

Regular priced items may be returned 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects. All tags must be present along with order number. 

Sale items, Facebook Shop The Rack Sales, Closeout/End of the season sales, Mystery Bags, Earrings, and Gift cards are all final sales.


We will replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you are needing another size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: P.O. Box 1515, San Marcos, Texas US 78667.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Due to our small business being paperless, a confirmation of purchase gets sent via email after purchase time. At the top of the email there will be an issued order number. That is what will serve as a receipt in lieu of an actual paper receipt. 

When returning or exchanging an item please have this order number written down on a note and reason for return or instructions for exchange/hold credit. This helps us process your return/exchange quicker.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable.
